Few years ago when google released GWT, my thoughts were it is just another javascript library framework going to hang in for a while and dissappear. But after that google never shied away from keeping working on it. Today with GWT 2.0, it doesn't look like a simple library or a framework anymore. It has elevated to a RIA platform with the simplicity, easy to develop, speed and performance. Not to miss the UIBinder, with the ability to provide richer UI's without writing java code.
